why do i have to buy a subscription to ea play to play origin through steam?

yeah, i just was so excited about this ea play thing on steam, until i read the details in the forum since the ea play official webpage is so unnecessarily vague. correct me if wrong about the foll...

@aurorum999 That's because most game publishers don't have a client, EA, blizzard, bethesda, ubisoft and microsoft owned games all require either a client log in or just an account log in.

And yes I would too.
