Why i cant access Ea Play?

for what platform did you buy it? Xbox? Are you trying to find the games on Xbox as well, or are you looking for the games on the PC? EA Play is platform specific and will therefore only work for the platform and account that you purchased it on.

Also, if you feel more comfortable in German, you're welcome to head over to the German part of the forum, to make it easier for you! You don't have to, but the language forums are there to make it easier, if wanted.

Thanks for the Answer,i understand everything you are saying so its fine for me to speak in English.

Normally when i had Xbox Gamepass Ultimate i could use it on Pc and Xbox.

So that means if i sign in over the Website with my Xbox Account and buy it ,its only available on Xbox?.

Ok now i think i understand the Problem when its like that.

I have no Xbox im using Geforce Now on a Laptop.

Then next Time i buy it on the Ea App and then its on Pc i think.

yeah, the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate gives you access to both, so I understand where the confusion comes from. If you simply bought the EA Play subscription through EA, it will only get you access to one platform. 

If you want to get EA Play for the PC, also make sure to choose correctly regarding if you want the membership on Steam or the EA app, as those also count as different platforms.
