Why is Madden 21 delisted from EA and steam?

I went to try and download Madden 21 on the EA app using my membership just to see old rosters and run an old franchise but it was delisted. When I checked Steam I got the same message. Why is it delisted? I pay EA over $100 a year for a subscription for EA Play Pro but I can't play a game that's less than 5 years old on EA or buy it on steam?
