FC 25 won't be on the standard EA Play. At least, not for a good while. You do get access to a 10 hour early trial starting September 20th though.

sorry but what do you mean by that? if i buy ea play normal will i get to play FC25 forever (as long as im a member) or i only get to play for 10 hours and that's all?

Games occassionally get added and removed from EA Play and EA Play Pro. While FC 25 is on EA Play Pro, the base EA Play will only have a 10 hour trial.
FC 25 will probably be available on the base EA Play eventually (judging by how previous titles have gone; this isn't a guarantee), but at launch it'll just be the trial. We have some more information here about what's available here:
