For me I just clicked on browse and it popped up to pre download.
So Ive done that, I suspect if you can't see it there may be an issue with your subscription? That happened to me once when I forgot to change my credit card after it expired.
When I click browse it appears as a game which I need to buy and not a EA Play Pro game. I know what youre talking about because I see it for other games and EA FC 24 is also inlcuded in EA Play Pro. I bought my subscription on February 2024 with a credit card that is not expired so I really dont know what is going on.

Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? The Pre-Load option is showing up for me, so I'm curious what might be causing your issue.The “Choose File” button on this website is not working for me, could you send me your email so I can send the screenshot there.

I don't have an email I can share. Just to check, you're trying to access the game through the EA app and not something like Steam, right? Do you still see your EA Play Pro subscription here?
