When I click browse it appears as a game which I need to buy and not a EA Play Pro game. I know what youre talking about because I see it for other games and EA FC 24 is also inlcuded in EA Play Pro. I bought my subscription on February 2024 with a credit card that is not expired so I really dont know what is going on.

I don't have an email I can share. Just to check, you're trying to access the game through the EA app and not something like Steam, right? Do you still see your EA Play Pro subscription here?
I have the same problem! I got a EA pro and I bought FC standard version but I don’t have the option to download the game.
