wont let me submit a help request, cant get to chat, cant cont help request

I would like someone to contact me. I have tried to file a complaint to contact someone. I cant find te chat option but I had started a chat conversation but they told me to re-downlad EA (Even though I told them this was not the issue.) During this call I had to disconnect the chat and can not find out how to continue this chat or start a new one. The help assistance for EA is terrible. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

I have tried again and it wont let me submit anything..

Please review past chat. It was understood what my issue was and I explained to them that downloading the EA gaming system over again would not resolve my issue but they did not belive me. If you look at the chat you will see they have confirmed that I do own the sims 3 but it will not work with my system. I have never owned a mac computer please do not say I ordered the wrong system because I have owned this game for the longest time. It had been awhile since I had played but assumed it would be okay because it is connected to my EA account. The account shows (and the previous person I worked with said the same) I do infact own this game. It is not a purchasing issue. I have undownloaded and redownloaded EA and I have undownloaded and redownloaded sims 3. Attached is the error that I have been seeing. I would please just like assistance so I can play a game that I purchase when the game came out.

The error that i am getting: Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. (which I have) The options are GET THE GAME or CLOSE then it proceeds to try and make me buy the game.
