To create a new case and initiate a chat, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website the EA Help homepage and type 'EA App
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Manage my account category.
- Select I need help logging in to my EA Account on Xbox.
- Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear
- Initiate a chat with one of our support representatives.
