Can't log in

- @EA_Darko Hi. I wholeheartedly invite you to read my post where I do mention that I reached out to support. It was them who said that EA cannot fix this simple account linking issue. Obviously I'm not looking for help with my account on the forums. My post serves purely to highlight that not only it's a ridiculous problem that you refuse to try and fix but also that other people have encountered it. Poor experience with EA.

- @EA_Darko This is becoming a joke at this point, EA has known about this issue since March and I was told over live chat in March that they were working on a fix. 3 months later and still nothing and still can't link our Xbox accounts with Game Pass to our EA accounts! EA seems to forget THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT WE CAN'T USE! Absolutely disgusting from EA. This must be fixed as soon as possible.
- @dunny1g I just found this out today. This is absolutely a RIDICULOUS. Completely Nonsense limitation in today's world.
My money is being stolen from my at this point since the subscription is paid because they have this limitation not allowing me to use the service.
@Community leaders here, we get that you don't have the power to fix it but you Please for the love to all that is good in the world tell, Scream, GO TO THE OFFICE AND BANG ON THE DOOR OF the EA leadership this is absolutely insane that we can't switch Xbox/ or any accounts to this new EA Play they're trying to push on consumers now.
Everyone here that has this limitation made Xbox Live accounts in their Teenage years, we never would have thought now that we're in our 30s that this should freaking matter at all to use EA Play, a new service that should have new freaking rule structure and not be limited to super old technology limitations.
FIX THE ISSUE OR WE CANCEL SUB AND SHORT EA's STOCKI'm running in to this issue as well.... I was unaware that EA Play was a part of Gamepass for a while but once I found out I went to link my account only to discover that my account is already linked to an Xbox account I have never owned....
