Xbox Game Pass vs EA account disaster

Hear me out and let me know if I'm being unreasonable here.  I have a long running EA account (like 7 years with countless games bought etc) that at some point, several years ago, I linked to a temp...

@EA_Darko Hi. I wholeheartedly invite you to read my post where I do mention that I reached out to support. It was them who said that EA cannot fix this simple account linking issue. Obviously I'm not looking for help with my account on the forums. My post serves purely to highlight that not only it's a ridiculous problem that you refuse to try and fix but also that other people have encountered it. Poor experience with EA.

    @EA_Darko Can you please up channel this growing population of players who are unable to play EA Play to someone who cares?

      That would definitely be nice. EA support resorted to lying to me just to get me to go away. Surely there's got to be someone in all of electronic arts that can actually unlink accounts.

        Hey all, if your Gamertag is linked to an Xbox or EA account on which you are unable to verify that you are the account holder then our team will not be able to assist you in gaining access to or making any changes to that account.

        We are not able to assist with any account related issues on AHQ.

      @menarche You seemed to be having the same issue i did on your old post from a month ago. I don't know if this will help you but my xbox account was linked to my old ea account I no longer had access too. If you go to ea.help ( i was on the link accounts support page ) try and log in with your xbox account. It logged me into the ea account through the xbox account and I was able to go to top left to some setting manage my account and unlink my xbox account from there. I will probably never be back on this god forsaken website so if I can help you anymore hmu on xbox. 'Curcheese'
