Xbox One X EA Play Subscription Change

Hello. I have a EAPlay subscription on Xbox One X console. I want change this subscription, from Xbox One to Playstation 5. How i change this EAPlay subscription. Thank you.

    Hey @wg0qo1brfeo4 our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

    I have sims on Xbox console, and my spouse has the ea link.  If we change the Xbox subscription level, will I lose additional items I purchased.
