@Vander_XX There are a couple of ways to check this out. Since the Ultimate is an Xbox Sub and linked to your Xbox account, you first have to make sure that the right Xbox account and EA account are linked together.
When you log into your EA Profile here, go down to connections and see if your Gamertag is linked to this EA account. If you do not, that is why. If it is, it becomes a subscription issue with Xbox and not your EA account since the sub is linked to Xbox. EA Play itself is linked to the PC, not the console. Ultimate is linked to the console but allows you to play on a PC with your EA account.From there, we suggest reaching out to Xbox here, and if need be you can always contact our live support at help.ea.com. Manage my Account
