Hi, 

I bought an Xbox game pass for PC, then I tried to connect the EA Play with the Xbox account, but I get the error I wrote in the topic title and I see that an Xbox account with the @disabled.ea domain is connected. i need your help

    Hey @efebee,

    It looks like your Xbox is linked to an old or disabled EA account. If you don't remember the credentials to that account, then I recommend that you reach out to our live support team via the following link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

    Hopefully they can help you unlink your Xbox so you can link it to the right EA account.
