2 evos stuck in my unassigned items

Every time I try to claim these items it doesn’t work it says server error. Is there anyway ea can sort this problem it’s been like it a few weeks now and i can’t open packs or do sbcs it’s stalling my progress in the game. My internet is good and I pay my pass monthly so the game should work but it doesn’t you either need to remove these items because I know ea has the power to remove something that’s in game, I’ve turned the console on and off as well as my internet so I know it’s the ea servers please help me resolve this issue, would be much appreciated
