Beta code region change required

Question

Hi, as I live in the Uk I didn’t select EU (we’re not in the EU) when filling in the application form, and have been sent a North American code which doesn’t work. I think in hindsight European as an option would have been more helpful to enable testes to select their region, as EU means something quite specific to people who live in the UK. Recognising this is the source of the problem, please can you issue me with a new beta testing code that I can use as I’m based in the UK? Thank you&nbsp;

Thanks for the quick response Barry, appreciate that. Reading the forums a lot of UK users who signed up are reporting the same problem as we aren’t classed as within the EU, so naturally selected the other option available. With that being the case, please could you escalate this scenario to have some additional UK codes shared with users like myself as ultimately you will miss out on a significant amount of testing feedback as we won’t be able to test the game?

The UK is a part of Europe, it's just not part of the European Union you can't pick up an island and move it away from the continent it belongs to.

If you selected the wrong PlayStation region during registration, you will not be able to change it after submitting your registration. If you are selected to participate, your game code will be issued based on the region you selected. If the region is incorrect, your code may not work on your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to update your selected region after registration. EA_Barry.

The thing is I selected other not North America because the uk is not part of the EU so is there a way you can give me a new code

again the uk is in the eu its just not part of the european union an education would have stopped this.&nbsp;
