URGENT] Over 1 MONTH waiting for Playtesting Survey Code (Feb 21st)
Hi, I am posting again because it has been over a month since I completed the Playtesting survey on February 21st. I have provided all the proofs (screenshots of the confirmation email) multiple times, but I am still waiting for my game code. This delay (16+ business days since the survey closed) is unacceptable for an official Playtesting program. Is there a technical issue blocking the Feb 21st batch? Platform: PC Survey Date: Feb 21st
No Playtest game code?
I filled out a survey on feb 21st the minute i got the email for it. It included a game code. I chose battlefield 6 for xbox series x and never recieved my code. It is currently march 23rd. whats the point of offering a code upon finishing the survey if we don't get the code or a follow up email?
I never receive game code...
I didn't receive a code for the first survey a year ago, nor did I receive one this time. I chose Battlefield 6 for the first time, and now Split Fiction, and I've never received anything. I've always been on playtests, filling out feedback and surveys. Is there a solution? Platform: PlayStation 5, nickname: ochmano0

I would like to address that I have been patiently waiting for over 20 days for a code to be emailed to me, as I completed the survey on November 8th,as soon as it came out, and I completed the survey and chose FC26 as my code of choice. I then saw that in my original survey email it was going to be 10 days from survey ending, which should've been November 29th, as the survey closed on the 19th. When I checked the forum to see if others had recieved their codes, I saw some people recieved additional emails saying that they would recieve their codes by December 3rd at the latest, and that any delays would be communicated - I never recieved that email to say this, and then I came to check if people had received their codes yesterday (Dec 3) and some people did, and they completed the survey at the same time as me. I am still yet to recieve my code after all of this time and the lack of communication, and I understand that it is a privilege on its own to playtest, however I find it weird how people have received their code but myself, along with some others that haven't, and I would ideally like an explanation as to why, due to waiting this long - to me this seems like EA have screwed up, as I've also seen that some people requested the Ultimate Edition, but recieved the Standard Edition, but I have been waiting to play FC26, and held out from buying it for Christmas, as I thought I'd have gotten my code by now. I would really, really appreciate it if the admins read and give me, along with others a full explanation as to why some people like me haven't received our codes yet EA_Vendcera I get you may be very busy but please consider this as myself and others are wondering why this is the case and would like answers as soon as possible, as it is the 4th of December and it is a day after you said that all codes should be distributed.
