Beta Download Not Working in EA App

A code change was requested; however, it still isn't working. The code shows as redeemed, but the beta does not appear in my EA App library. I was really hoping to test the game today.

    i found the solution you need to clear EA app cash and re log in

    1 - Go to the EA app menu. 

    2 - select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.

    3- Scroll to Help.

    4-Select App recovery.

    5-Select Clear cache.

Hi there , I am a pc user and I was told to wait till 10am today and was told that beta would appear in my ea App Library but it still hasn’t , is there any fix for this or do we have to wait a bit for it to refresh I’m so confused, kindly help with this issue.
