Pro clubs was assigned in email but not playable in game

I got the code through my email and it said my modes were clubs and grounds. Instead when I opened the game I had the grounds and seasons but not clubs. Is that a glitch or did that happen to everyone 

If there is a solution someone please tell me but if not can someone atleast tell me why it happens in the first place

    You do have clubs, you have to access it through the grounds. Enter the grounds and when you spawn in the spawn area, one of the adjacent buildings connected to the spawn area is the clubs mode, run to that building and enter it.

    I have the same issue but I have career mode , the only issue it gave me news , kick off , learn to play , seasons , tournaments, co op seasons and online friendlies. No grounds and no career mode.
