Cannot sign into EA Playtest website

Hello, I  was eligible to sign up for an in person  play test for Apr 20-23. I was in the middle of signing up, but after I refreshed the playtest page, I was signed out. Everytime i sign in at

https://www.ea.com/playtesting

  it still just says "sign up" so I cannot complete the play test form.  Tech support advised me to make a thread for further assistance after their suggestions like clearing cache etc did not work
