Many issues not happy
My key you sent didnt work, in the game it glitches when passing especially a through ball, I theatric of the beginning of your match it glitches when going to live play. I mypro sometimes froze when looking at emails and when doing training drills. There's more but I have this so far. Thanks
Still unable to play?!?!
I was selected for the fc playtest from 11/3-11/18 and haven't been able to play since the first day of the playtest, November 3rd. I keep getting the msg that the playtest is unavailable when I try to load it. I even got the survey on the 9th with the free game redemption and haven't done it yet bc I haven't played much of it! I keep trying every day. I got another email with another "download code" for a secondary playtest (11/12-11/15), but it was the same code as before and it still won't load?! What's going on here?!
Can’t find game on PS5 after redeeming code confirmed
hi all. I’ve entered my code and was successful on PS5. However no download started. I look in transaction history and it shows that the code was accepted and processed but I can’t find where to download the play test anywhere. I have tried as others have said and gone, all games on the console and looked alphabetically but can only see EA FC 25 EA FC 26. Hello I am having trouble trying to play the beta it doesn’t let me play because my PlayStation account is suspended due to voice chat audio so I can’t play any games that has voice chat in it or any social features. So I think it applys to the ea sports fc playtest beta. I have another account I can play the beta on if you can send another code to it is PlayStation it’s my second account. Please I would really appreciate if you guys can send another code for that email please thank you I would really like to play the beta.
