Check your game first before redeeming
My email states my code is for EA FC ultimate edition.. the actual code is for standard edition.

I just sent them an email regarding the fact that I got sent a code for the wrong version of the game and I already redeemed it considering I thought I got sent the RIGHT verison. Absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately they say on the redemption they cannot reissue codes and considering they don't respond to emails as is, you might be SOL bro.
