EA FC latest help

Hi, I received a code for today’s playtest, when I enter the code it says “the code has already been used. Check what you entered and try again” I have not used the code this is the first time inputting it.

i have checked its the same email address linked with EA, so can’t understand what’s wrong?

can’t access the private forum either, so don’t know how else to contact or fix?
