EA Playtest survey MISSING REWARD

Like many others. I also received a link to invite a playtest survey, and I completed it. After a few days of not receiving any email with the reward, I contacted their email help (EA help) - poor service. The first response from them was to get an explanation of what I had to do to qualify for the reward, even though it was clear and I had already done everything that was listed and I said so in the first email. Then I sent a response email explaining that I had already done everything they wanted, and so far there has been no response.
