Entered code but can't find game

I keep getting the same message. Don’t see point in even sending a code out if there’s no option to even play it. Been doing it for a week

I redeemed the code and nothing popped up. How do I even download this? Do I need to download a new version or will it just show up in the game now that I have redeemed the code? What's this even called?

I have the same question. I don’t even know if this is a new game that we are downloading or if I’m just looking for an update to the game I already own.

Hello, I received my code for the play test I redeemed the code via PlayStation app and now can’t find it anywhere

I also had the same issue on Xbox store. Entered the code and then there was no game or anything. 

I had same issue then went to full library and clicked on sort by date acquired and it was the first game there hope this helps

I used code now where do I play? Dont see in my library 

I downloaded on my PS app on my phone and when I got home it's no where to be found. Also idk if they will ever get back to us and help us resolve the issue.
