FC27 - Issues with tokens redeem

I just figured I'd post in here since I finished grading my first set in the closed beta and when trying to claim the 50 tokens, a pop up tells me that I've already hit the maximum for this week when I literally have 0. I'm assuming this is bugged since I'd love to try to redeem stuff from the token store.
