Having issues after redeeming code (play test)
redeemed my code in the early hours today and nothing downloaded.
have went back again to follow the steps again and redeem and it’s saying code in use.

I redeemed it a few minutes ago on XSS, and have the same issue

just found a solution. Go to your library, if you have EA FC26 downloaded, you go to your games store, select version and it will be there to download
I have the same issue, cant find the download anywhere and my code says its already been used :(

Hi on my console it says playtest is unavailable. Why is this so?

Same issue as well on Xbox Series X, redeemed the code, no game instalation started.

Restarted console, EA Sports FC Playtest showed up in my library. Downloading now, 55.4Gb
