Having issues after redeeming code (play test)

I redeemed it a few minutes ago on XSS, and have the same issue

just found a solution. Go to your library, if you have EA FC26 downloaded, you go to your games store, select version and it will be there to download

I have the same issue, cant find the download anywhere and my code says its already been used :(

Same for me. My game time starts 6pm gmt I wonder will it appear then?

Hi on my console it says playtest is unavailable. Why is this so?

Same issue as well on Xbox Series X, redeemed the code, no game instalation started. 

Edit. 

Restarted console, EA Sports FC Playtest showed up in my library. Downloading now, 55.4Gb
