I could not participate in the Closed Beta

Dear EA Support,

I received an official email invitation from EA to participate in the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta on PlayStation 5.

Unfortunately, while the beta was still active, I was unable to redeem the beta code and download the game. I repeatedly tried to redeem the code, but it did not work, and I therefore could not access the beta despite being officially invited.

The beta has now ended, but interestingly, the same code suddenly works and I am currently able to download the game on my PS5. However, I am not sure whether I will be able to launch the game or connect to the beta servers.

I was really looking forward to playing the beta, so I would appreciate it if you could check whether there was an issue with my beta code or access during the beta period. If possible, I would also appreciate any solution that would allow me to participate, as I was unable to do so due to this technical issue.

I can provide the original invitation email, beta code, PlayStation Network ID, or any other information you may need.
