Issue With Most Recent 2/21-2/28 survey

I received an invitation email stating the survey would be open from February 21 until February 27. I followed the link from the email and began the survey today, February 21. I reached the section where I was asked to choose my reward, but upon selecting my choice and pressing "Continue," an alert appeared stating: "The amount of time to complete the survey has expired. Please try again." I had not yet finished or submitted the survey at this point. Following the prompt to try again, I returned to my "Playtests in Progress" dashboard, but the survey has now completely disappeared from the list. This has left me unable to complete the process or claim my reward.
