I’m having the same issue. I contacted EA support and one advisor just sent me the link to the EA playtest portal thinking that was going to do something, then when I told them it didn’t work, they closed my chat without helping and then lied saying I wasn’t active. 💀
I got it completed it and didn't get my code for bf6 and support told me to come here
At least you got the survey and was able to complete it. I don’t have it at all despite being invited. Support isn’t any help either, they just waste your time. Hopefully you get your code though
