Issue With Most Recent 2/21-2/28 survey

I was selected to complete the 2/21-2/28 survey for a free game, and while attempting to complete the survey on my phone it just opened up a page stating that the page had expired and to try again. Upon trying to access the survey again, I am getting the following page and am unable to progress in any way. This has been confirmed to have happened in incognito mode (no cache) and on my computer as well, each results in the same page. Please provide assistance so that I can complete this before the deadline.

    I have the same issue also. 

    If I press sign up, it takes me to the play tests page, but theres nothing to do

    Same for me but when I start to filling the survey, you know we have to select the reward in first steps so I have to think what should I select. After a few hours I couldn't continue my playtest survey. No matter how many times I tried to access the page from the link sent to my email, I couldn't do it.

    Well, EA finally got back to my email and said the reason we are having issues is because the spots filled up quickly and there is no more room. Mind you, they could’ve said that the spots were limited in the invite in the first place to avoid confusion but oh well, hope everyone else who got to do the survey gets their codes.

  • I received an invitation email stating the survey would be open from February 21 until February 27. I followed the link from the email and began the survey today, February 21. I reached the section where I was asked to choose my reward, but upon selecting my choice and pressing "Continue," an alert appeared stating: "The amount of time to complete the survey has expired. Please try again." I had not yet finished or submitted the survey at this point. Following the prompt to try again, I returned to my "Playtests in Progress" dashboard, but the survey has now completely disappeared from the list. This has left me unable to complete the process or claim my reward.

    Same, started filling it in on saturday, but didn't finish it, when I wanted to finish it today it dissapeared.
