Missing EA Pulse Playtest Compensation

Hi Community Managers,

I am posting regarding an unresolved issue with compensation for the EA Pulse Playtest. 

On September 11th, I received an official invitation email explicitly stating that completing all surveys would reward participants with a $50 Tremendous gift card and 5 EA game codes of choice. I fulfilled all playtest requirements and completed all surveys.   

However, Discord server admins recently informed community members that "no rewards are available" for this test, which directly contradicts the written invitation email sent to participants. 

 I have emailed [email protected] and submitted an EA Help case, but I have not received a response after several days

Could a Community Manager please look into this or direct this case to the Playtest Compensation team? I can provide my case number and email screenshots privately if needed.
