NHL Playtest Code Not working

I had the same issue, but I went to payment and billing, then clicked order history. It showed it there so I clicked on it and pressed view in store and it takes you to a screen where you can install it. Hope this helps u out bud 🫡

Also checked transaction history, and it shows "purchased" and my redemption code, but nothing downloaded. And no option to force a manual download

When I start the game it keeps saying network connection issues.
