Playtest Unavailable

I’ve been trying to play the EA sports FC playtest since 6pm and I am unable to access due to the error “The EA SPORTS FC playtest is currently unavailable.” 

The start time on my email was 6pm today. Is there anyone that can assist? My EA account was originally linked to a different EA account which I imagine is the cause of this issue but it has since been linked to the right PSN account by EA support.
