prepaid card could not be redeemed

I tried redeeming my code my it kept giving me the message this prepaid card could not be redeemed please try again later is there any fix for it  [Title edit - CM]

    I had this issue lads I went into the library under purchased and it shows the beta there for download just doing it myself now

I got the email invite to the closed FC 27 beta yesterday. I tried to redeem the code on my ps5 and it didn’t work. Got a replacement code and it keeps displaying the message “The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later.”

After 3 days of waiting. The beta finally appeared in my game library
