Re: Code with Wrong Region

Hi EA Playtesting Team,

I am writing regarding the technical playtest code I received for EA SPORTS FC™.

I followed the instructions to redeem the PlayStation 5 code, but I received a message stating that I cannot redeem the code in my current region.

For your reference, I created my PSN ID when I lived in Kuwait, but I moved to the US several months ago. I suspect this might be the cause of the region mismatch.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can participate in the playtest?
