No Playtest game code?

I filled out a survey on feb 21st the minute i got the email for it. It included a game code. I chose battlefield 6 for xbox series x and never recieved my code. It is currently march 23rd.

whats the point of offering a code upon finishing the survey if we don't get the code or a follow up email?
