How do I download the game?
I redeemed the code but it wont give me a game to download.
I went to recent orders and it shows I have purchased the game but there is no download options so its pointless

What platform did you redeem the beta code on?
If you're on Xbox, on your console if you go to your order history under payment & billing, if you click on the game in your orders there should be a button to view in store and then you can download it from the store.
I have used the code but still won’t allow me download the Beta. Whats happening?

I have finally found it on my PS5 so I was able to tell it to download. It didn't download the first time as I didn't have enough storage.
I found it under Game Library > Your Collection on my PS5
