Steam Code Activated but FC 27 Closed Beta is Not Showing in Library
Hi everyone,
I received my Steam code for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta today and successfully redeemed it. I got the Activation Successful prompt, and I can clearly see EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta listed in my Steam Account Details under the Licenses and product key activations section.
However, the game is completely missing from my Steam library. It does not show up at all, so I cannot start the download.
Here is what I have tried so far to fix it:
Completely restarted Steam and my PC.
Logged out of my Steam account and logged back in.
Cleared the Steam Download Cache.
I even tried redeeming a backup beta code I had, but Steam gave me the Product Already Owned error, which confirms the game is attached to my account.
Since the beta is starting very soon, is anyone else experiencing this issue on Steam? Has EA simply not pushed the pre-load files to the Steam servers yet, or is there a bug with my library?

According to EA_LunardustCat, this is expected.
"This is expected. Even after successfully redeeming your code, the game will not appear in your library until the playtest officially begins. The EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta becomes available on Wednesday, August 5 at 10:00 AM PST. Once the playtest starts, the game should appear in your library automatically."
Shame as I'd have like to pre-install the game to play straight away.
