Re: EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

Good Morning All and EA.

I believe everyone is stilll having all the same issues as the previous threads.

Everyone has done the playtest and was promised the code within 10 days of doing the survey. I did the survey on the 8th meaning by the 18th i would have received the code, but to no avail. To clarify i have checked my inbox, spam and ea online account.

EA - ypu really need to confirm or at the least acknowledge what ia goimg on, peoplw are getting frustrated.

Playtesters......has anyone heard from EA or got a contact for them, this is ridiculous, please update when you receive codes so we know they are listening.

    I completed the recent ea playtest and got sent a survey on November 8th and completed it straight away , I was then met with a pop up that said thanks for completing the survey wait up to 10 days to receive your code , it has been 10 days and no code has been sent , I chose the ea sports fc player grant and I’m confused and annoyed why I don’t have it

    EA and Community Managers, please give us answers on why we haven't got our reward codes in 10 days, and please, please please just give us answers and our codes, please listen to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've already talked to the support chat, and they have no authority to help us at all, so please, someone who has the authority, help us.

    Same for me , I’m really confused and annoyed why we haven’t received them glad to see it’s not just me with the problem

    I wonder how this topic is marked as "solved" when nobody is reporting they already got the reward game codes....

    Update....still no code howevwr reading the threads it seems everyone is exactly the same. I guess we have to wait as EA are not responding to anyone or acknowledging,....completed survey on the 8th, over 10 days now...not great when they state this after you have done the survey "within 10 days"..EA we have all been patient and even given you a few extra days as someone did post they wpukd send codes o out on after the survey finished on the 19th...but come on now, you need to explain what is going on and actually set expectations..i we have put in our timeand effort to play the game and given you feedback it has to work both ways..

    Same for me. Showed support the screenshot saying 10 days and the email saying before 19th nov or when codes have ran out and the guy just kept saying that it’s 10 days from the 19th. Then asked if there was anything else and wouldn’t respond to me telling him it’s 10 days from doing the survey. Tried them the next day and the woman just wouldn’t help at all said it wasn’t her area…. I emailed them 4 times and have had exactly zero reponse. So maddening
