This issue isn't supported by advisors

Question

Why is it so hard to speak with a human?? Why am i constantly thrown in a never ending loop of NEVER being able to get anything accomplished with this company? Spending HOURS and getting nothing but

"THIS ISSUE ISN"T SUPPORTED BY ADVISORS" No matter what the issue is about! Then what is supported???? Trying to contact this company is absolutely ridiculous! The AI that is embedded in this site is a complete joke and a slap in the face to everyone that has purchased games on EA. I've opened up a complaint with BBB as well as i made a formal complaint to my state AG office, I was then advised to make a formal complaint to the FTC. What a joke.

Have you tried using this web form, including an attachment, and experimenting with the different topics to see if you're led to our self-service page? The option to chat with an advisor usually appears near the bottom of that self-service page and is topic-dependant.&nbsp;
Another option is to use the&nbsp;Contact Us button at the bottom of the EA Help article that best reflects what you're hoping for assistance with, and going through the NextStep bot to be redirected. There might be a bit of pushback here, but if you reply minimally with only the requested information, it should be a relatively smooth process.
