Transfer market ban FC27

In fc27 I was hacked and the hacker transferred 200k coins from my account to his. I got access back to my account but i got a transfer market ban. I have been speaking to ea advisors and submitted multiple cases but nothing has been done. Is there any better way to try and resolve this issue?
