After having a mechanical failure in multiplayer career the car won`t disappear

In my Coop-career saves it is a common failure that playing with all simulated damage and mechanical failure settings, the car wich is going up in smokes drives off the track what it should do in the moment but stays there for the rest of the Grand Prix. Causing a yellow flag and preventing the friend playing with to overtake other drivers for example.

This Bug appears since F1 22 and was never patched therefore i hope i am not the only one dealing with this problem.
