@DRudd13 I did the same exact observation during my race, especially with Verstappen's pace, seemed to get less wear and more grip as the race progressed. Completely opposite of what one would expect.

@dotazured Pleased I'm not the only one to notice. It was the same last year at every track in Grand Prix mode. I really hope it's not the same this year.

@DRudd13 I have not noticed this specific issue in any other game mode or race other than this specific Weekly 50% GP, so I think that it is fair to say that the (scripted?) AI and/or difficulty are broken in this event.
