Assist setting are not working as set

Summarize your bug I have turned off all assists in the settings, but the game keeps forcing me to use random assists during the races in time trial mode. I played it yesterday with no issues. When I pause the game and go to the settings, all assists are showing to be turned off just like I've chosen to, but in the game they are active. You can say by the obvious racing line shown inside game, despite it and everything else being turned off. I have restarted the game and OS couple of times, but the bug is persistent.
