I'm sorry, but that's just not good enough. I'm not blaming you, of course, you're simply the go-between, and I've done your job in the past so I know how thankless it can be, but still, this just isn't good enough. The visual aspect of a video game is LITERALLY the single most important thing there is. Above gameplay, above mechanics, above story, everything comes behind the visuals. If a game looks like crap, and in such a way that actually makes it difficult to play properly, then that issue needs to be top priority. Maybe pass that along to whichever Line Manager or Team Lead is responsible for this, because apparently they've forgotten what their job is.
I'll add, full price game published by EA btw. :I
