It’s not even about ”improving visuals” the visual look great, when they work. I’ve seen gorgeous clips where everything seems to work like intented. The problem is that for many of us they just don’t.
It’s just another bug that seems to take months to fix, if it’s fixed at all. Chances are that future patches break just as many things as they fix. Those of us who have played these titles before are very familiar with this cycle.
