brake bias reset before race

Platform:PC

Summarize your bug Brake bias resets to 50 before race, despite set to higher value in setup
What is your 16 digit Report Code? VCTE-TSAJ-XPPA-HKPG
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Virgin Media
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? set BB to over 50 in car setup, save it, load it and start the race
What happens when the bug occurs? BB is set to 50 when race starts, also in Quali mode
What do you expect to see? BB to be set as saved in car setup

So I found weird bug, BB is reseting to 50 at the start of the race or even in quali

Here is a quick vid from it, before race im checking setup, BB is 55, once race starts i check it again and its 50

    I have the same issue in TT, Quali, Race in career mode or playing online or even Braking Point. It changes to default 50 all time when start

    Same issue here on Pc.  Have only played single player quick race / career but happens on each start.  Pause then Restart session and it remembers what you changed it to before pause and restart.  Pain at spa to move from 50-56 whilst accelerating, managing wheel spin and trying to avoid cars!!!!

    I had this issue on EA trial version, now with full game on Steam it still happens, almost every race...

    @EA_Alex @EA_Mai could anyone look at it?

    I have EA app version on pc and also still an issue.  Every session it defaults to 50.  Only fix is adjust to what you want it to be when you take control of the car then restart the session.

    I have this occasionally also. For me it happens in TT but might also happen in MT but haven’t tested there yet. Am on PS5 using PS4 game version

    Yes happens all the time for me in TT or Race mode.  Brake Bias always resets to 50% no matter what the setting is for custom setup.

    Probably more people need to report with report code as devs looks like have no idea about that issue, even next patch doesn't include anything about BB issue.

    For me, recently I had this problem from time to time. More often when I was at the start of the race or TT, lower or upper BB via knob on my wheel. But when i was just opening MFD to check BB, it was as saved in setup.

    this is caused by using any brake bias macro before going through the MFD atleast once I had it happen to me all the time till someone mentioned it

    when the race starts wait for a straight and cycle through the MFD till you get to the menu that brake bias is in and it will be what you set it to in the setup menu you can then use the brake bias up/down macros correctly from then on
