Hey mate, 

Im suffering the same but in two player career mode, were you able to fix it?

If this is occurring to people in two player career then this has to be addressed as soon as possible with a patch.

Two player career is an incredibly popular way of playing the game (F1 world isn’t) therefore this bug has to be resolved.

EA, please acknowledge this post and ensure it is looked into and added to the long list of other bugs.
