Literally no option to progress to timelines event, the issue for people seems to coincide with ending up with no contracted driver, dispite the fact that my ‘manager person’ in the messages bar tells me that if I don’t find a contract they will just use my back up driver? So surely this issue shouldn’t occur anyway even if I didn’t/couldn’t renew my contract?
Essentially, my contract with my secondary driver expired, I didn’t want to renew it, so I tried to negotiate a separate driver. (I thought I had done) but it didn’t appear to work, I progressed the timeline onwards. The contract expired and I was left with no driver, so in my messages it said “find a new driver in the market or we will have to use our backup driver who wont perform to the standard we need” I cannot physically approach any of the drivers and it is now the day of the grand pris- timeline event. Also my internal combustion engine was beginning to wear down, so it told me I had to replace it in the overview section in order to progress. So now I did that and it says pending, but obviously because I cannot progress my timeline it is as if it will be pending for forever. This issue is very counterintuitive and EA you do not seem to have provided a solution to anybody who has had the same issue. Please may you fix this bug!
