Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into any online race have a car follow and look in the rear view on screen mirror and the car has no driver it is an empty cockpit

Not replicated. Played Ranked Multiplayer and both onscreen and left & right rear mirrors show helmeted drivers.
Probably drivers, post a dxdiag with make and model of mainboard, thanks.
